Properties can not be shown without application approval. All applications are subject to a $40 fee to cover a background check and related administration costs. Just click the link below to get started! If not selected as a tenant, half of your application fee will be refunded to you.
Pet Application
Any pet on the premises must be approved through application & current on shots and vaccinations. Pet applications require a $10 processing fee, and (upon approval) a $500 non-refundable deposit.

House Rules
No smoking within the residence. Sub-leasing is not permitted. All vehicles on the property must be in working condition. No firepits, trash, or storage piles allowed on property.
Pet Approval
Properties are pet-friendly. Maximum of 2 pets allowed per property. Application approval, current shot records, and a $500 deposit (non-refundable) will be required.
Moving In
The deposit for each property is equal to the monthly rental rate for that property. Pet deposits are $500 (non-refundable). Deposits & first month’s rent is due at move-in.
Paying Rent

Property Care

Visiting Guests
Visiting house guests may stay up to 8 days within a 30 day period. Longer stays may be subject to fees, or may require changes to your lease agreement.
